 MORTGAGE PROCESSOR 

As a Mortgage Loan Processor you will be responsible for:

  • Complete processing of mortgage loan file once received from the originator.

 

  •  Timely processing of information, requests and securing additional documentation needed; submission to Underwriting, Closing and Post Closing to finalize deals.

 

  • Effective and timely communication with Loan Officers, realtors, customers and all other interested parties. While we expect that you’ll possess a strong basic skill set, including excellent communication and people skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently.

MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER - GENERAL JOB SUMMARY

 

As a Mortgage Loan Officer with Miami Mortgage & Investment, you will be responsible for the following:

» Working provided leads by customer contact via telephone and email.

» Processing loan applications from receipt of application through the submission of the loan package to underwriting.

» Working closely with Processing/Underwriting and Closing departments to obtain loan approval.

» Maintaining prompt follow-up with applicants.

» Ability to utilize internal and external proprietary software following provided training.

» Meet established monthly goals.

» Strong customer relationship building skills.

A self-starter with excellent communication and computation skills, ability to work effectively and efficiently to deal with high volume and stressful situations, results oriented.
